Carrot Pound Plus Cake

Fresh local carrots are roasted & pureed in house and seasoned lightly with lemon zest & coriander before being baked into it's final fluffy state. Each 8" loaf is called Pound Plus as each loaf is baked with 1.65 lbs of batter. 

Ingredients: roasted carrot puree, gluten free flour blend (white rice flour, certified gluten free oat flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, brown rice protein) organic cane sugar, water, extra virgin olive oil, canola oil, lemon zest, coriander, baking powder, apple cider vinegar, baking soda, kosher salt.
