    • Order cut-off is as follows: Sunday at 4:00pm for Tuesday Delivery and Wednesday at 4:00pm for Friday Delivery
    • Order cut-off can not be modified, as all of our bread dough ferments for 18 hours

A New Kind of Gluten Free Bread

The old world traditions of using whole grain flours, high hydration, and long fermentation combined with extensive research and tireless trial and error have led us to the creation of a superior bread without gluten. Our loaves are made with nutrient dense, non-gmo ingredients, zero preservatives and with only 5% of the refined starches that typically top the ingredient lists of most gluten free breads in stores today.

  • Ciabatta

    This world-reknkowned favorite has a neutral flavor profile thanks to a combination of whole grain oat and white rice flours. It will not compete with the flavor of more delicate ingredients such as seafood, fresh cheese and raw or roasted vegetables.

  • Pugliese

    Brown rice, sorghum and buckwhear combine to make a robust, whole grain loaf inspired by the classic Italian bread of the same name. It pairs particularly well with cured meats of funky, aged cheese.

  • Pane di Patate

    Our potato roll makes a burger bun so soft and fluffy, your guests will be questioning whether or not it is truly gluten free. We acheive this through a propietary blend of flours (white & brown rice, millet and amranth) combined with dried potato flakes and extra virgin olive oil.

  • Pancarre Bianco

    Our signature white bread is made with brown, white rice, millet and amaranth flours.

  • Pancarre Integral

    At 95% whole grain, our integral sets a very high bar. Made from sorghum, brown rice, amaranth and buckwheat.

    Sunflower seeds, millet and flaxseed add crunch and copious health benefits to our white bread.
