Quality bread is an experience to be savored in and of itself: it engages all our senses while simultaneously providing the sustenance to fuel our lives. I believe that we have created this experience with our gluten free loaves at Via Piante.

When you break into one of our artisan loaves, you'll immediately notice the difference. Firstly, your ears perk with the crackle of the crisp outer crust, your fingertips take note of the softness of the interior crumb, and as you raise the first bite closer, your nose senses an earthy nuttiness that can only come from unadulterated whole grains. Finally, the flavor the mouthfeel, the texture and the aroma all collide and comingle when you begin to chew. It's satiating on every conceivable level.
