Shipping policy

We are hard at work preparing your order. Please remember that our breads take 48 hours to prepare from start to finish, and that sourdough fermentation can not be rushed. This means that depending on the day of the week your order was placed and our current production capacity, you should allow for 3-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once cooled and packed all orders ship 2nd day for a flat rate (that varies in accordance with your destination's distance from our bakery). Orders over $100 ship free.

Once your order is cooled & packed, you will receive a confirmation order along with tracking information. Please note that if your order's final destination is within the 5 burroughs of NYC or Westchester, we ship Mon-Fri. If your orders' final destination is outside of that area, we ship Mon-Thu. This is in an effort to avoid any Sunday shipping delays, as most carriers are not operating on Sundays

We are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for deliveries left unattended on streets, stoops or porches, please arrange a secure location for your parcel carrier. If the parcel carrier looses your order, we will seek a refund from them, on your behalf. Your order will be refunded, we simply ask for time to go through the proper channels.
