Maple Pecan Pie

For me, it's not Thanksgiving without pecan pie. Crunchy and salty pecans are baked atop a gooey bed of organic maple syrup and organic cane sugar. Yes, it's a sugar bomb, but indulgence is part of a life well lived. Plus, it's free from corn syrup, and it only comes around once a year! 

Crust*: gluten free flour (white rice flour, brown rice flour, organic amaranth flour, sticky rice starch, potato starch, organic psyllium powder), organic coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, water, organic cane sugar, sunflower lecithin, kosher salt, baking powder.

Filling*: pecans, organic cane sugar, water, organic maple syrup, organic coconut oil, sticky rice starch, cornstarch, molasses, psyllium powder, kosher salt, fair traid vanilla extract.
