Calabaza squash puts a fresh and modern spin on pumpkin pie. The mildly sweet and nutty flavors of calabaza are more pronounced than pumpkin. To keep things traditional, we gently spice it with a classic blend of fall spices.
Crust*: gluten free flour (white rice flour, brown rice flour, organic amaranth flour, sticky rice starch, potato starch, tapioca starch, organic psyllium powder), organic coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, water, organic cane sugar, sunflower lecithin, kosher salt, baking powder
