Baci di Dama | Hazelnut Kiss Cookie

Soft baked, ever so lightly sweetened, hazelnut cookies sandwiched around dark chocolate ganache. We like to think it's soft & tender texture is an imporvement over the Italian original. Plus, our version is gluten free, dairy free and egg free. Little pillows of magic? Yes, we like to think so. 

INGREDIENTS: cookie: hazelnut flour, almond flour, white rice flour, organic cane sugar, organic coconut oil, potato starch, tapioca starch, baking powder, sticky rice flour, kosher salt, baking soda. ganache: dark chocolate (cacao solids, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflwer lecithin, vanilla), organic rice milk (water, organic white rice, kosher salt), organic agave, kosher salt.
