Our pugliese is 95% whole grain and consists of a delicate balance of sorghum, brown rice, amaranth and buckwheat. This is the bread for the uncompromising: the kale of whole grain breads. It’s robust in its earthiness, and pairs exceptionally well with caponata, aged cheese, Italian cured meats and fruity or buttery olive oils.

Made with the same flour blend as our Pancarre Integral, these rolls pack the same heart healthy benefits: cancer fighting lignans, support for good gut bacteria, lower blood sugar, blood pressure and cholesterol.
