Chicche Cacao | Chocolate Cream Cookie

Our version of chicce cacao is a soft baked dark chocolate cookie stuffed with dark chocolate ganache. This decadent treat is like biting into a molten lava cookie...for the ooiest and gooiest experience we recommend gently reheating, and setting on top of a scoop of vanilla ice cream! 

Ingredients: cookie: gluten free flour (white rice flour, gluten free organic oat flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, sweet rice starch, organic psyllium powder), organic cane sugar, organic coconut oil, fair trade cocoa powder, molasses, fair trade vanilla extract (water, alcohol (35%), madagascar vanilla bean), baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt. filling: oatmilk (water, gluten free organic oats), fair trade dark chocolate (cacoa solids, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), organic agave, kosher salt.
