Biscotto al Cioccolato | Chocolate Chip Cookie

Our soft-baked chocolate chip cookies is made with an obscene amount of dark chocolate, and we put a decidely Italian twist on the all-American classic. Extra virgin olive oil pairs beautifully with dark chocolate, and offers a depth of flavor typically not found in dairy free butter. 

Ingredients: gluten free flour (white rice flour, gluten free organic oat flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, sweet rice starch, organic psyllium powder, fair trade dark chocolate (cacoa solids, cane sugar, cocoa butter, sunflower lecithin, vanilla), organic cane sugar, organic coconut oil, extra virgin olive oil, molasses, fair trade vanilla extractives (water, alcohol (35%), madagascar vanilla bean), baking powder, baking soda, kosher salt.
